AMENDMENT TO FINANCIAL SERVICES

APPROPRIATIONS BILL
OFFERED BY MR. AGUILAR OF CALIFORNIA

At the appropriate place in title VII, insert the fol-

lowing:

1 SEC. ll. Notwithstanding any other provision of

2 law or regulation, an alien who is authorized to be em-
3 ployed in the United States pursuant to the Deferred Ac-
4 tion for Childhood Arrivals program established under the
5 memorandum of the Secretary of Homeland Security
6 dated June 15, 2012, shall be eligible for employment by
7 the Government (including any entity the majority of the
8 stock of which is owned by the Government).
