weeks at the intersection of Highways 564
and 840 have triggered residents in Stan-
dard and area to demand change.
Marlene Kuca and Robyn Harms are
leading the efforts with a petition to alter
the intersection in hopes of saving lives.

down because its harder to get up the hill
on the other side (for big trucks).
The intersection currently has a stop
sign and rumble strips going east-west on
Hwy 564, allowing a free flow of traffic go-

It is with a heavy heart that we an-
nounce the passing of Tory Paul Cole
at home, surrounded by family, at the age of 38.
Tory will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Holly;
their two children, Wyatt and Noella; His mom,
Karen Markell Schile and step-father Leo Schile;
his dad, Wayne Cole and step-mother Shelly Cole;
two sisters, Carly Cole and Micki Cole; grandparents
