I am applying for an IT executive position advertised in Polymer Composite Asia SDN BHD dated
13 July 2017. I have done some research on the Internet about your company. Your companys
background and reputation has encouraged me to apply for the position.

I recently graduated from Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Ipoh where I majored in IT.
Previously I worked for a small computer company in Sg Buloh where I learned to handle all
administrative and help desk duties. As you can see from my resume, I have taken various
courses that provide me the skills and knowledge to be brave and successful in the IT
administrative field. In these job I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and
complaints in technology (such as service interruptions or cutoffs, IT technician delays/no-shows
and equipment malfunctions).

In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my part-time
employment as a waitress and restaurant hostess while semester break in high school and
Polytechnics. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and
CRM database applications and I also excel in various Operating System such as Kali, Linux,
Debian.

I believe my Diploma in Information Technology (Information Security), along with my diverse

skills, makes me a strong candidate for a position with your company and a face-to face interview
would allow me to demonstrate my character in more personal way. I enclose my resume which
