For Admission in Undergraduate Programmes (B.E./BS/B.Arch)
Batch 2017
All such candidates who are having desire to seek admission in
undergraduate programme of NED University during the academic year 2017-18 are informed that the Admission Process will commence in the first week of July 2017. Therefore, they are required to prepare the following documents well in time and also follow the instructions given as under: 1. They should immediately apply for their DOMICILE. Candidates without having domicile will not be considered for admission in this University as the admissions are offered to the candidates with having Sindh domicile (except in some categories). 2. Candidates, age 18 years or above are advised to apply for CNIC which is required for submission of online Admission form. Candidates below 18 are required to have B. Form. 3. All such candidates who are appearing in foreign board examinations (A-Level, 12th Grade etc.) should do the following: a. Soon after the announcement of their result, they should apply for IBCC equivalency certificate. In their own interest they are advised to apply for this certificate on urgent basis as the regular process may take longer and consequently the candidate will not be able to apply for admission. b. In the meanwhile, they should obtain equivalency certificate of their O-Level (or equivalent) examination which will also be needed during the admission process. c. As soon their result is announced, they should calculate their equivalent marks using IBCC Equivalency Formula (available on IBCC website) and enter the marks on Admission Portal before the due date mentioned on Admission Schedule. 4. All such candidates who are appearing in HSC examinations other than foreign examination should enter their HSC marks on Admission Portal immediately after the declaration of result by their respective boards. Candidates not following the above instructions will not be able to apply in time for admission at NED University. Therefore, in their own interest they are advised to follow these instructions.
