    MEMORANDUM FOR all California Cadet Corps personnel and units

    SUBJECT: Change #5 to CR 1-1.

    1. Effective immediately, Cadet Regulation 1-1 is amended as follows: Add paragraph 2-95 as follows:
    CADET PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT RIBBON:
    a. The Cadet Professional Development Ribbon (3503) may be awarded to any cadet who successfully
    completes a unit, regimental, or brigade level training program for which other ribbons are not
    appropriate. The training must be no less than 25 hours in duration and must be clearly be aligned with
    the CACC curriculum. This ribbon shall fall in the order of precedence just below the Commandant of
    Cadets Citation.
    b. An appropriate bronze numeral attachment shall be awarded for subsequent awards.
    2. Proponent for this change is HQs, CACC.
    3. File this change in front of the regulation in all regulation binders.
