Instructions to Run the Ditcar/PPCAR/purch file with Pc Transfrer.

1. Access pc file transfer link:

https://pcfiletransfer.ecorp.cat.com/pcfiletransfer/PC_File_Transfer_App.htm

2. On Host name select AD Cluster A

3. Type your ACF2 User ID and Password.

4. On Data Set name write down your facility dataset example : usermx.tmp.czmx.purch (this
dataset is located on the Macro script.)

5. On Transfer mode click on Text

6. For the PC file Name, browse the file that you want to download the information (the file must
be a text file file extension .txt)

7. Click on Download to PC
8. Open the text file on excel by:

a. Open a new book on excel file.

b. Click on File
c. Click on Open
d. Select the text file.
e. On the pop up window, select delimited on your file type.
f. Click next
g. Verify that each column is align with the data and hit next
h. Click on finish.
