EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO SELL

In consideration of your acceptance of the terms of this agreement, I hereby give you,
for eight months from the date of this document, and for such further period as I may
authorize in writing, an extension of authority to sell the herein described property, and
agree to pay you a commission of THREE percent (3%) percent, based on the total
price obtained, if the property is sold by you during the continuance of this agency
upon the terms set forth in the description of the property, or upon any other terms
which the owner may accept, or if it is afterwards sold by the owner within six months
from the termination of this agency to a purchaser to whom it was offered and
submitted by you during the continuance of such agency with notice to the owner. The
total price of said property, and the terms, conditions, and encumbrances subject to
which the same may be sold, are stated in the description of the property appearing
below. You are not authorized to bind the owner by any contract. By accepting this
agreement you undertake to use your efforts during the continuance of the agency
towards effecting a sale of said property. Your agency under this contract will expire
with the termination of the period above stated. The description of the property is
