Permission to Visit University Putra Malaysia Kampus Bintulu Sarawak

On behalf of the English Club, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bakun, I
would like to seek your permission to visit University Putra Malaysia.
The reason for the visit is to encourage students to further their studies in
institutions of higher learning. This is part of our programme to introduce
the university, which is one of the top universities in Malaysia, to our
students.
2. The proposed date of the visit is 25 June 2017. We hope to arrive at
the university by 10 am. Altogether there will be 30 students and 3
teachers. We are arriving by bus.
3. We would appreciate it very much if you could have a member of
staff to show us the main library and the various faculties particularly
Agriculture and Food Science Faculty, as well as give the students a short
talk on the university in general.
4. If the time or date is not convenient, please suggest a more suitable
one. We hope that our request will be given due consideration.
