CONFIDENTAILITY AGREEMENT

I, Agiththa Thanigasalam, understand that during the term of my employment with the

law firm of Hill, Johnston & Grant, I will come into contact with &acquire information that is of

a confidential nature regarding the clients of the law firm. Such confidential information may be

written, verbal, or electronic format & I acknowledge that I am responsible for maintaining the

confidentiality of such information.

I understand and agree that such information is subject to the rules of lawyer client

confidentiality. I therefore undertake to treat confidentially all such information & agree not to

disclose any such information to any persons either during the term of my employment with Hill,

Johnston & Grant (except as may be necessary in the proper discharge of my employment duties)

or at any time after the date of termination of my employment.

I agree not to make personal use of any such confidential information or to remove any

client information or to remove any client information or documentation from the offices of Hill,

Johnston & Grant except in the performance of my duties, I further agree to report any violations

of the confidentiality of client information to my supervisor.

I agree that upon termination of my employment with Hill, Johnston & Grant that I will

return to the firm any and all records that may have been in my possession during my

employment.

I understand and agree that in addition to any other rights and remedies of Hill, Johnston

& Grant to enforce its rights arising from this agreement, in the event of a breech by me of any

undertaking and agreement herein , Hill, Johnston & Grant may immediately terminate my

employment with the firm.

 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario.

IN WITTNEES WHEREOFF I have executed this confidentiality agreement to be

effective as the date set out below.
