Attention

Selective attention is the perceptual process of choosing which stimulus to pay

attention to. For instance, if we feel hungry, we are more apt to be sensitive to
food and food related stimuli.

Role of learning motivation in Perception

Perception is a complex, active, cognitive process which concerns with the selection,
organization, and interpretation of stimuli. Perception organizes a continuous arrar of sensation
into meaningful units.
