This note was from Matrix Nurse Practitioner Jamie following a member visit:

I started out the visit like I always do, explaining why I am there, my role and
before I could get much further, the members eyes started filling with tears.

"I know all about Matrix, she said. You saved my life last year." And she
proceeded to tell me about Tamaras visit and the discovery of the members heart
condition.

Tamara called her doctor and got her in for an appointment the very next day.
After having an EKG done, she was sent directly to the ER, which led to her
admission and pacemaker placement.

By the end of the conversation, we were both crying and really bonded over her
experience with this phenomenal Nurse Practitioner. I wanted to acknowledge
Tamara for her hard work and dedication with Matrix Medical Network.
