Subject : My application of Director of program Nigeria

I am writing to apply for the position of Director of program which has recently been advertised on total
Jobs. Given my 13 years of Project Management experience in a variety of humanitarian environments, I
would consider myself a strong candidate for this role and so have attached my CV by way of application.

As you will see from my CV, I have been responsible for managing project budgets of between $1-4
million during my time emergency and development situation. You will also note that I have built and
managed virtual teams located in different countries. The provision of regular progress reports to key
clients and senior management has been a standard aspect of my roles for the past 13 years. Given my
expertise in humanitarians internationals organizations, I see a number of parallels between your working
practices and my own experience, hence why I am so keen to pursue this opportunity further.

For your information, I have a good training in project management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Budget,
building capacity, Logistics and procurement, integrate program (Wash, SGBV, Food security and
Nutrition and NFI) and computer engineering design.

As an experienced Program Management and Engineering Manager I am an excellent communicator

who is just as comfortable in humanitarian programs. I am meticulous and process driven, with a
tenacious approach to meeting targets and team organisation.
