2. LQCs involving more than 2 executives of same dept having executive strength more than 50%

Note:
1. Fill the form in soft and mail to MS Dept. at bhanu_ms@vizagsteel.com or
apparao@vizagsteel.com
2. LQC Number will be mailed after registration.
3. Instructions:
(i) Open QCMS - Main Menu/LQC Registration & Project implementation/ LQC
Registration
(ii) Select Query & click Retrieve
(iii) Select Zone, Dept. and then QC No. (thro a small button at right side of LQC No.)
(iv) Press Enter or Click OK
(v) Select Query & click Retrieve
(vi) Click Enter Project details
4. Registration is required for first time registration of a LQC team. For more than 1 project entry
with same team composition, follow above instructions).
5. Submit as many forms as number of new teams. New team means total replacement of all
team members & not interchangeability of roles like member to Facilitator etc. within same
team.
