    The main objective of this paper is to study and analyze the load demand, load
    distribution, types of load and the pattern of energy consumed by an organization. Building a
    robust database for the whole electrical system for the future development and expansion of the
    organization. With the help of our studies and analysis we concentrate in improving the power
    factor, minimizing the loss and achieving the optimal usage of the electrical equipments. And our
    modifications in load pattern reduce the peak load and maximum demand. By working out such
    energy auditing measures the energy bills considerably goes down. This preserves the countries
    Natural Resources.
