Conditions Dear Richard, As the same UCC filings have now banned Legalese as I have
presented to you previously, I will speak plainly to you. While I appreciate your
business, your failure to pay your obligation is most distressing as good business
is based on the good will of the parties involved. To date, you have demonstrated
absolutely no good faith on your part at all. In my initial correspondence with you
it was stated very clearly:
I am the sole lawful and legal REGISTERED owner, custodian, and trustee of my
BE'ing, any and all creations therefrom, and property thereof, UCC Doc. File No.'s
2012127810, 2012127854, 2012127907, 2012127914, restated and incorporated here by
reference as if set forth in full, original notice of DECLARATION OF FACTS by
public registration made and given by the One People's Public Trust, hereafter
OPPT. I have and do knowingly, willingly, and intentionally adopt, reconfirm, and
ratify said DECLARATION OF FACTS as my own duly verified due DECLARATION OF FACTS,
nunc pro tunc praeterea preterea, unrebutted as a matter of law, as matter of fact,
and as a matter of public policy, hereafter Proponent. DULY VERIFIED NOTICE:
Proponent duly gives and makes notice to Respondent that Proponent DOES NOT CONSENT
to any unlawful and illegal devaluing, diminishing, abrogating, subjugating,
subordinating, usurping, invading, violating or theft of Proponent's duly secured
BE'ing, any and all creations therefrom, and property thereof. Respondent is duly
ordered to CEASE AND DESIST any and all said unlawful and illegal actions against
Proponent effective immediately. Proponent duly makes and gives you due notice that
Respondent is lawfully and legally responsible and liable, in principal and triple
damages under common law, for any and all unlawful and illegal actions against
Proponent by Respondent causing and resulting in any and all damage to Proponent,
inclusive of physical
harm, physical detention, property seizure, property damage, financial damage, or
any other damage of Proponent's measurable energy.

Yet you persist in these activities and have not, to date, paid for these damages
per our agreement. In light of this I made you an offer to contract with me in
transparency with 100% responsibility and liability and have requested that you
substantiate this alleged loan that you are now demanding payment on. Your
acceptance of the Terms and Conditions provided was made when you contracted a
third party and responded to my request with a copy of a purported Promissory
Note. This document further substantiates my case that my BEing is the source of
the underwriting that you are claiming as your own! This sir is FRAUD and an
attempt to ENSLAVE my BEing without my consent and on a grand enough scale would
be considered a crime against humanity. As I am aware that I am relating to Eternal
Essence INbodied known as Richard Dewitt George I decided I should know something
about you so that I could relate to you on a human level. I noticed we have
something in common; we have both lived in Fort Collins, CO and Madison, Wisconsin.
These are two great communities. The best part about them being the people that
live there. Good people. Curious to know about why someone from such good
communities would perpetuate and propagate a SLAVERY system I decided to discover
more. I came across a panel you had sat on at the American Enterprise Institute in
June of this year, just one month ago. While there were many points you made that I
would take issue with, some things did become clear.
You understand that there is a problem with the lending process. You are
open to creative problem solving You are in complete knowledge of how this system
works That you service over 6 million loans.

Over six million loans. Six million souls brought into debt slavery under stealth
and deception. This point becomes much more salient given the recent Apostolic
Letter written by Pope Francis Motu Proprio concerning the Roman Curia:

entities under the Roman Curia. All current corporations, heads of corporations,
corporate governments and judiciary fall under the Roman Curia. He further writes
to David Cameron the British Prime Minister on the eve of the G8 summit dated 15
June, 2013:
Moreover, the goal of economics and politics is to serve humanity, beginning with
the poorest and most vulnerable wherever they may be, even in their mothers' wombs.
Every economic and political theory or action must set about providing each

This goes toward acknowledging the fact that the trust perfected by The One
Peoples Public Trust (now known as The One People as expressed by the I-UV
INchange) is indeed a superior trust to that of The Holy See. So, this is where we
stand: I have demonstrated that I am the legal and registered owned of my BEing
and all of its manifestations. I have notified you through established means
that I do not consent to you usurping my value. I have demonstrated that there is
no government that you claim to represent. I have demonstrated that there is no
Bank to provide the funds for this alleged loan. I have demonstrated that there
is no corporation called Great Lakes that you claim to represent. I have
demonstrated my willingness to forgive these transgressions should you cease and
desist. I have demonstrated that a Perfected Trust now exists that is Superior to
that of The Holy See. I have demonstrated my willingness to pay this alleged loan
should you be able to rebut the UCC filings that are the basis for the refusal of
payment. I have demonstrated that there is no immunity from prosecution under the
Holy See. I have demonstrated that all value that drives economics and politics
is derived by the Eternal Essence BEing and DOing.


I have demonstrated that there are no other concerned parties in this matter but
you and me as Eternal Essence. I have demonstrated that the only legally binding
contract in existence that concerns you and me is the one agreed to by your free
will choice on July 5, 2013 known as GL-0001 when you consigned this matter over to
a third party for reply thus exposing them to the same terms and conditions. I have
demonstrated that I have a valid invoice submitted to you through your established
means of correspondence on a secured email system of your choosing. I have
demonstrated that this valid invoice has a current balance of 19,000 oz. of 99.99%
pure silver. Through this notice I am demonstrating that this invoice has not been
paid and is now past due. I intend to demonstrate that there are two more invoices
due to be delivered which will increase your total amount owed for damages to
~25,000 oz of silver. I have demonstrated that under Common Law (which the UCC
filings clearly say we are operating under along with Universal Law) I now have the
right to claim triple damages should I have to go to the point of filling a UCC-1
Financing Statement. This results in a claim of ~75,000 oz of 99.99% pure silver
against all of your assets. If FRNs were still valid, that would make for a claim
of $1,500,000 against your personal assets for damages incurred. I assert that
these are YOUR rules that you have used to subjugate Eternal Essence and profit
from for decades.

What have you demonstrated: You have demonstrated that you are usurping and
subjugating the representation of my being for personal gain. You have
demonstrated you lack of transparency. You have demonstrated your lack of concern
for others. You have demonstrated your lack of willingness to take responsibility
for your actions. You have demonstrated that you are generally a man of lack
rather than substance. You have demonstrated that you have usurped and subjugated
millions of BEings in the past and currently are causing damages to over 6 million
BEings at this moment. You have demonstrated that you are a man in need of
redemption. You have demonstrated that you are open to creative problem solving.
It is this final point that is the point of access for redemption. As it is not our
intention to be punitive, but rather to repurpose the intention of the otherwise
fine systems that are in place from that of oppressors of Eternal Essence to that
of facilitators of the expression and experience of Eternal Essence INbodied. With
that in mind, I am willing to offer you new terms and conditions to our contract
and an opportunity for redemption. These terms will be available to you until
precisely 11:59:59pm on August 31, 2013. As of midnight September 1, 2013 the terms
of the contract will revert to their original state.

As Richard D. George, the Defendant, has proven unwilling or more likely unable to
pay the amounts incurred for damages to Steven McMichael(I), the Proponent has seen
fit to offer new terms and conditions for the satisfaction of the contract
agreement known as GL-0001. EXPIRATION: These new terms will only be valid from
July 29, 2013 and will expire at 11:11:59pm CT on August 31, 2013. EXPLANATION:
This offer of redemption is being made in an effort to transform that, which has
been oppressive and damaging to countless BEings into one that facilitates the
greatest expression of all BEings, including you. As the former head of the former
corporation know as Great Lakes Financial you and those who choose to participate
have wonderful resources available to you to help transform human society. TERMS:
There are no limits to what you can create. CONDITIONS: 1. It must be created
within the I-UV paradigm as disclosed in the attached document and can be found
here. This includes, but is not limited to: Complete transparency with all former
employees of the former Great Lakes Corporation, including what has been happening,
what is happening and what is about to happen. Complete understanding that you
all now work co-operatively and that each Being has equal value to yourself, no
more and no less. So, the person picking staples out of the carpet in the middle of
the night has the same value as you do, just a different perspective. The
solution that arises comes from the input of the whole. There will be no closed
door meetings with an alleged executive team to try and manipulate this offer to
benefit the few. SATISFACTION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Should a new purpose be
constituted for the former system as disclosed in the I-UV document, put into
writing and signed with a wet ink signature and thumb print of each of those who
participate, this contract will be joyfully considered satisfied. Redemption
through the Being and Doing of each embodiment involved will be of a monumental
contribution to all BEings in all dimensions throughout the Universe.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If a document of substance clearly defining the
repurposing of the foreclosed system by the given deadline the Proponent will be
alerted to the Defendants acceptance of terms and conditions. Conversely, no
document, no acceptance and the contract will revert to its original terms. A final
notice will be delivered and if no response a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed.

standard operating procedures that you have used for decades. As a matter of fact,
I have not sent anything to your home address in Madison and caused undue concern
for those facing the same outcome as you, nor have I threatened those around you. I
have not made any claims what so ever of preventing you from ever being able to
establish a life or ruining your credit forever unless my demands are met as your
collection people do. So, to attempt to paint me as anything other than a Being
that is asserting a lawful remedy to an unlawful act would be to describe yourself
and the whole system in the same manner. Further, any attorneys or legal
representatives that attempt to contact me on your behalf will be bound to the same
terms and conditions as were established in our original agreement. All I can do is
urge you to come to your senses and wake up. Not just to the fact that this is a
real matter that requires your attention, but also to the reality that change is
upon us and is apparent everywhere. The economy is prepared to collapse and there
is no solution being provided by the former system. The former banking and
corporate governments have been found corrupt beyond repair. Those who would desire
a one world order are meeting with no success outside of an attempt to lead us all
into war and this too is met with contempt and non-compliance. This is an
opportunity for you, as The One People, to make a historic difference in the world.
The choice is and always has been yours. As I hope I have made clear, you have
