2. Coordination of procurement of all needed spares both
locally and abroad in a timely manner to ensure smooth
operations.
3. Preparation of departmental annual budgetary estimates
and implementation of the same in a cost effective
manner.
4. Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance tusks
of facility installations systems, farm and construction
equipment including Tractors,dosers,excavators,Combine
harvesters, Generators, Vehicles and every piece of
machinery in the farm.
5. Preparation of performance reports on a weekly, monthly,
