Payroll Results Adjustment
Payroll Results Adjustment
Definition
The Payroll Results Adjustment infotype allows you to enter data for checks
that were issued outside of the SAP Payroll system. This data is then updated
in the employee's payroll results in the SAP Payroll component.
Adjustments made with Infotype 0221 are processed in the period
represented by the check date on the infotype and are therefore taxed on a
taxed-when-earned basis. This differs from normal retroactive master data
changes, which are taxed using the wage offset method (tax-when-paid).
Use
The following table gives an overview of the various Infotype 0221 subtypes,
where you can maintain them, what you need to enter on the subtypes, what
the system calculates and how they are picked up and processed.

different screens and logic, allowing you to make adjustments to adjustment
data for an employee.
Integration

entered in this infotype and its subtypes is directly updated in the payroll
