Comprehending and applying the expressions of embarrassment.
B. Basic Competence
The students know how to analyze social function, text structure, and linguistics
element in the phrase in the phrase of expressing embarrassment according to the
contextual using.

Students are listening and writing the explanation given by the teacher about common

Students are reading the example to comprehend the using of the expressions
With the help of the teacher, students are identifying the meaning, contextual using
and function of the expressions
Each group is given word-cards that are the pieces of conversational expression of
embarrassment
The students in group are asked to set the random word-cards to form a sentence of
embarrassment expression
After finishing the sentence, students are asked to read the conversation aloud
Closing Activity
Doing evaluation and reflection by asking students what they get from the learning of
expressing embarrassment
Asking students opinion about the activities done as an input and evaluation material
for the next meeting
