    ANJNI TRANSFORMER & SWITCHGEARS was incorporated in 2005 at G-99 & G-3, Phase-I, UPSIDC Industrial Area, M.G. Road, Ghaziabad-201015, UP, India close to New Delhi about 35 Km from the International Airport on Delhi – Meerut National Highway. The company started its activity in 2007 after constructing its building separate with total investment of Rs. 4 million. The project was started for manufacture of 11 kV and 33 kV Epoxy Cast Resin Instrument Transformers. Gradually, however, the company could embark upon manufacture of 11 kV and 33 kV Epoxy Cast Resin & Oil Cooled Instrument Transformers by 2007 to improve its turnover and to have a product mix suiting market conditions and profitability. Today, with the installation of the latest process techniques and incorporating the efficient quality system, the company has earned its reputation to be reckoned with the foremost players in the field. The supply of 11KV & 33KV Outdoor Oil Cooled CTs / PTs to many of the Prestigious Private Organizations alongwith Boards/Nigams and its successful execution bears testimony to it & the company has hardly received any return or rejection in the last 10 years, this is an evidence of the strength of the technology, stringent quality control and effective design. We have all required manufacturing facilities available with us at our works for the manufacture of Current and Potential Transformers up to 132kV class. We have completely dust free winding section to ensure winding and Insulation Work in controlled atmospheric conditions free from dust etc. All other manufacturing and testing facilities are in line with the modern practices adopted by various leading manufacturers within the country and abroad, which includes Partial Discharge Testing facility for system voltage up to 132kV. The company is managed by the well qualified and experienced whole time employed Directors. In the other tiers of management the company employees 12 personnel as experienced Engineers, Supervisors, Quality Control Supervisors, Purchase Officers, Accounts Officers administration and skilled workers. The company has the production capacity of 300 Nos. per month. We have established Setup of Manufacturing Plant of High Voltage Power Products of Measuring & Protection Instrument Transformers upto 132KV, from this Year 2007. We are also pleased to write that we have now Automatic Machine for Manufacturing of Epoxy Cast CTs & PTs upto 33KV. OUR PRODUCTS ARE: 1. LT CTs BOTH TAPE WOUND AND RESIN CAST CT RING TYPE 2.     COMMERCIAL TERMS
    1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at G h a z i a b a d .
    2. EXCISE DUTY: N I L .

    3. SALES TAX: 2% against form C for dispatch outside U.P. VAT 5 . 0 % within U.P. If form C is not available, then full rate of
    tax will be applicable as per sales tax rules.

    4. DELIVERY: The material shall be delivered as per your delivery schedule but from the date of receipt of Technically &
    Commercially & after receipt of approval of drawings alongwith 40% advance.

    6. PAYMENTS: 40% unconditional advance and balance 60% payment against Proforma Invoice before dispatch, after
    successful Inspection.

    6. VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.

    7. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates of the items suppliers
    mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent increase in the rates of these items on account of
    price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be charged extra to your account.

    8. WARRANTEE: Our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of supply or 18 Months from the date
    of operational acceptance whichever occurs first against any manufacturing defects.

    9. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of products shall be carried out at our works. We would welcome the deputation of your
    authorized representative for witnessing the final testing at our works with prior appointment at mutually convenient schedules.

    10. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is not submitted then
    difference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.

    11. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.

    12. PACKING: Packing charges shall be charged extra @ 4% for wooden packing to avoid in transit.

    13. DEVIATION: There is no deviation towards the items Offered by us and shall be strictly as per your technical specification.

    14. VENDOR APPROVAL: The Vendor Approval be in your Scope.
