The Wall & Basement cinema operates the Junior climbing lessons.
Classes run from Monday-Friday as follows,
Monday, 4:30-5:30pm Coach Conrad Booker This issues climber of the month goes to
Top-roping and Bouldering, Age 10-14 years. Simon Reilly
Thursday, 4:00-5:00pm Coach Rex Murray
Top-roping and Bouldering, Age 10-15 years.
Thursday, 5:00-6:00pm Coach Rex Murray
Top-roping and Bouldering, Age 10-15 years. Simon is an avid and tentative climber
Friday, 4:00-5:00pm Coach Holly Gardner
Top-roping and Bouldering, Age 8-11 years. who loves climbing at the wall. His talent
(Parents may need to assist with Belaying)

The RCC operates the Senior Class, with an introduction to Lead class run by
The Wall. for. Without him, we would not exist.
Classes run from Tuesday-Wednesday as follows,

Wednesday, 4:00-5:00pm Coaches Thomas Bruere & Shane Lash
Introduction to Lead and Bouldering
Age 13-18 years. Sponsor for the Climbers of the month is the
Tuesday 6:00-8:00pm Coaches Martyn Owen & Max Warren
Senior Lead and Bouldering, Outdoor training, and competition,
Age 13-20 years.

There is also a lesson available for Ladies, these are free to Wall members, but
are available to non-members too, you just need to pay for hire on shoes.
This lesson is held Mondays from 5:00-6:00pm
This Class is completely social, fun, and non- competitive.

Congratulations to Tom Waldin and Luke Gardner who have been selected to
go to IFSC Youth World Championships in Innsbruck, Austria from the 30th NIBS Boulder series round 4
August 10th September. We wish them all the best for the competition.
