Point clouds generated from Reigl 3D scanners were
used by owner, URA (Urban Redevelopment Fig. 22 Stamford House Facade Converted CAD Drawing Authority) to record the existing condition to preserve the heritage building. The generated BIM model has been able to capture both the external facade and extensive decorative arches

The 150 year old Victoria Theatre and Concert hall
grand makeover began in 2011. The entire building facade were scanned with point cloud by Leica 3D laser scanner before restoration work began

1.2 Shenton Way Road, Singapore
Shenton Way is a major trunk road in Singapore at the
heart of the central business district. Point clouds are generated to show the one way road and commercial buildings flanking both side of the road.
