TALENT HUNT HACKATHON IT REQUIREMENTS FOR

STUDENTS

SR. No. IT requirements needed by Each Team

Each team member should get his/her own laptop along with the required
1 hardware. If possible, keep 1 laptop extra per team to avoid last minute failures.
Each team will be allowed to use only 4 laptops at a time for the competition.
In case team require machines (PC) from the organizers, then they need to
2 inform the organizers in advance. In such cases, only desktops will be provided,
if available.
All team members need to sign an undertaking stating that they will abide by
licensing terms and conditions of the tools/software they use, During the
3 registration process. Organizers will not be liable/responsible for any violation of
any licensing terms of software/hardware by participating teams or team
members.
As too many computers will be present during the competition team members
4 will solely be responsible for carrying the internet connection as per requirement
by their specific project.
The team needs to bring any additional hardware if required for demonstrating
5 the project. Organizers will not bear the cost of any hardware.

Any additional cables, switches to create team specific network need to be

6 brought by the participants. Come as prepared as possible and avoid
dependencies on host organization.
The team leader will be responsible for informing the organizers about the details
7 of any open source projects used in programming the tools.
