Introduction to the project

As company is awarded to handle the project of Renovation and upgrading the cafeteria
at the new site campus of Asia Pacific University (APU). APU new campus is consider
as a magnificent architecture work and Iconic campus as well, the only problem after
the big opening is the campus management have noticed that the cafeteria or (food
court) was facing a long que at the food corner all the time which causes a delay and
uncomforting situation for the student and the stuff as well. The second issue is the
eating area it cannot handle all the numbers of students and the stuff at one time. So,
some people must wait until some tables are cleared. Our company is an expert in
resolving issues like mentioned above. We have done a considerable number of jobs
which can our engineering team to finish this project booth successfully and on time.

Project Scope Statement

The scope of this project is to upgrade the APU new site cafeteria so it can fit the
number of 250 student and stuff at the same time. And the food court to contain all the
modern style design, safety equipment and finally finish the project on the timeline as
scheduled.
