If you intend to use the premises for more than the time discussed, you are required to intimate the same to
us. We reserve the right to bill you on a prorated basis for every minute spent in addition to the time that is
already paid for.
Payments made are not transferable for other bookings
We currently do not charge taxes as a proprietary concern but can provide proper invoice for the same for
your accounting purposes
Payment for consumption of optional add-ons will be made on the spot in cash.

Usage:
The premises usage strictly includes only the training room, the registration desk and one washroom.
Under no condition, will any of the adjoining premises be available for use.
This premises is strictly NO SMOKING and so is the building hence smoking will not be allowed during, before
or after your session within or outside the training facility.
Any outside material, food, eatables, packages, etc. need to be cleared & disposed off at your end
appropriately. The training center staff shall not be responsible to clear up the same.

Timings:
The venue is available to you strictly for the timings as finalized over email. Entry inside the training facility
or it's premises before the said timing is strictly not allowed. We request you to arrive on time and not before
time.
Given the terms above, we require you to do the booking considering the time you require before and after
your official session as you would be billed for that as well.
Please keep in mind that your timing will begin exactly when you enter our facility. (It does not matter
whether your entire party, participants or others have arrived)
When your time is up, an SMS will be sent to a mobile number for notifying you about the same. You are
requested to inform us the mobile number to which this SMS may be sent. If we are not informed, we will use
the default mobile numbers at which we were in touch with you. If no mobile phone is available, we will
personally inform you about the same when your timings are done.
Any usage of the facility after the said timings would be charged on a prorated basis and payment for the
same needs to be made immediately or the next day. The invoice will be generated and handed over to you
the same day.

Support Staff:
Our staff shall not serve any drink or eatable to any individual.
Our staff will fill up tea, coffee from our vending machine in a tray to be collected by your staff
Our staff will simply keep disposable glasses and bottles of water in the training room.
