    You request for the refund of Zonny DVD player is granted , and you will accept the credit
    card refund within 7 days.
    This is acknowledge receipt of you letter of July 27. We are most appreciative to have this
    feedback .It is very important to us to know the problem from our customers , because We will
    be able to improve our product to serve them ,especially to a long time customer like you . We
    also realize that this is a big problem that many customers claim against us. We will make a
    refund for the Zonny DVD player and shipping cost for both ways.Total cost is $200. Although
    the Zonny company poliucy does not allow us to pau another $20 , which was the fee from
    www.Electronicplayer . com website, We would like to sendyou a $20 gift card to purchase any
    Zonny Product around the Philippines.

    Please accept our apology for this disable DVD player , and we really apprteciate your
    patronage . We hope our service will satisfy you. We promise that we will never give up
