. Noted En Roselees presentation on the progress update and ETO for KPJ Perlis Specialist Hospital

Members have no objection with the recommendation of EOT (inclusive payment default) as follows:
EOT No. 2 : 1st March 2015 until 16th November 2015 (230 days)

Proposal of Appointment for Interior Design Consultant

Aqreed with the recommendation to appoint Aliran Interiors Sdn Bhd at the neaotiated fee of 8%
(exclude 6% GST).

9 Proposed Extension of Tender Closing Date for Miri Specialist Hospital

. Noted the collection of the Tender Document was delaved bv Two (2) Davs from the anticipated
collection date on 5th May 2015.

Members have no objection with the proposal for extension of tender closing date from 22 May
2015 to 25 May 2015.
