In order to fill up some vacant seats in the Post Graduate studies in

Microbiology, Electronic Science, Chemistry & Physics in the session 2016-17
Second counselling will be held as per the following schedule. Call list of the
eligible candidates for the second counselling would be displayed in the URL
http://pg.apcadmission.com.

For any query regarding the list of candidates called to attend the second
counselling for admission to Post graduate courses in these subjects, please
contact the department concerned with all relevant documents on the date of
counselling one hour before the commencement of counselling for the respective
subjects for rectification, if any. No rectification will be possible after the start of
counselling.
Admission would be offered on the basis of the merit in the called list after selection
through counselling.

General information for Counselling

 Candidates will have to be present in the counselling room half an hour before the
time of counselling in respective subjects. Attendance on the date of counselling is
mandatory for admission.
 At the time of counselling, the candidates in the called list should bring the print
out of the down loaded application from affixed with a self attested passport size
photograph. Self attested photocopies of all relevant documents are to be attached
with the application form.
 Candidates selected after counselling in each subject will have to take admission
within 48 hours paying requisite fees at the Axis Bank, New Barrackpore Branch
only.
 All the original documents should be produced at the time of admission.
 Graduates from other universities admitted in any post graduate course will have to
submit migration certificate from the respective university within one month from
the date of admission
 All the admissions are provisional and the authority deserves the right to cancel any
application at the time of verification without showing any reason whatsoever.
