Browser, Client, and Command Line uploads for Windows, AIX, and Linux

The FQDN for uploads is msciftpgw.im-ies.ibm.com (170.225.222.12)

Files can be uploaded three ways:
a. HTTPS - For Browser-based file uploads
Go to https://msciftpgw.im-ies.ibm.com
After login, see the Help for instructions for the Upload Wizard and Standard UI.
b. SFTP - For Client-based file uploads
FTP clients (e.g. FileZilla) will generate the necessary commands for SFTP. Direct the client
to msciftpgw.im-ies.ibm.com
Login using your Blue Diamond userid and password
Navigate to your customer folder (IBM/xxxxx)
If it doesnt already exist, create a sub folder based on PMR number or Ticket number.
Examples
PMR: 34123,122,000
Ticket: 1234-12345678
Navigate to the PMR folder created above and upload file(s)
c. SFTP For Command Line uploads on AIX and Linux
On the command line enter SFTP msciftpgw.im-ies.ibm.com
Login using your Blue Diamond userid and password
Navigate to your customer folder (IBM/xxxxx)
If it doesnt already exist, create a sub folder based on PMR number or Ticket number.
Examples
PMR: 34123,122,000
Ticket: 1234-12345678
Navigate to the PMR folder created above and upload file(s)
