Winfan offers you the AMCA certified process manufactured FRP Blowers, from our Taiwan manufacturing
facility having ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 quality procedures. All our blowers are manufactured from Vinylester
and Supervinylester resins only. Delivery Schedule shall never be a problem as we better care of your project
needs.

1. Winfan Blowers bearings design is better than conventional use of Pillow Block Bearings which require
greasing. We at Winfan use Oil lubrication technology for all bearings which gives better results in even and
consistent smooth lubrication to the bearings, when blowers run. Conventional pillow-block bearings design
always has either over greasing or under greasing issues.

2. Winfans Blower Impellers balancing are done as per ISO-1940 G2.5 mm/s, whereas lot of blower
manufacturers (including Europeans) follow G6.3 mm/s. With our Impeller design speciality of G2.5 mm/s, our
blowers mechanical vibration is below G4.5 mm/s in accordance with ISO-2372.

3. Our blowers are tested with AMCA set up for the duty conditions (i.e. Air+Gas Flow Rate v/s. Static Pressure)
completely following your technical specification (data sheets) received at enquiry stage. We also measure a
total of 12 points check for Vibration of Blowers in operation condition; i.e. 6 points in bearings of blowers
and 6 points in bearings of motor.

4. The Impeller balancing report is also submitted by us, along with other documents at the time of supply.

5. Most common problems found in blowers are of the bearings life span. Abnormal noise eruption will be
the first to occur, followed by abnormal vibration, if the bearings are not having ideal lubrication, hence
leading to frequent changes of bearings and downtime increase in operation of entire scrubbing system
absorption. To avoid these major recurring problems, we recommend users to select the suitable blowers
available with us and operate carefully.
