Foods Not Allowed

The following is a list of the foods that are not allowed on the McDougall Program, with ideas
for possible substitutions.
Dont Eat: Possible substitutes:

Cows Milk (for Lowfat soy milk, rice milk, fruit juice, water, use extra when
