Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System There was a need to digitize police records and build IT enabled system to help
investigating officials get criminal data at the click of a mouse. The government wanted

set-up the entire infrastructure including data center and disaster recovery center for all
the four states. Our team of experts also provided

Operation and maintenance services for the server and related infrastructure supplied
and commissioned by System Integrator (SI),
Warranty support and AMC support for hardware, and
Annual Technical Support (ATS) for all licensed software.

Further, the system provided support to central software development agency for the design and implementation of customizations to CAS (State)
including citizen portal in selected locations. The CCTNS system integrated with CAS, nominal roll system and personnel management system, and
delivered superior usability experience.
