Subject: Single Hazard Panel (SHP) with 10-2176 SRM4 Relay Module

Affects: SHP with 10-2176 SRM4 Relay Module

Recently, several SHP controllers (10-2171) were built with the SRM4 header (P5)
shorter than usual. With this shorter header, it is harder for the 10-2176 SRM4 module to
make full contact with the header. We have temporarily added 4 each smaller spacers to
be shipped with the 10-2171 SHP controllers that have the smaller header.

If you have received one of these SHP controllers prior to this bulletin, you may order
these smaller spacers with part number 02-11025. Each SRM4 will require 4 each.
