Vital Information in the Facilitator Training

Training Program Goals


o By the end of the program, participants will identify their intended
course in life and how they got off track
o By the end of the program, participants will set goals for their future
and chart how those goals can be attained
o By the end of the program, participants will be able to recalibrate and
refocus so that they are rehabilitated mentally and emotionally prior to
reentering society.
Objectives
o Audience:
Inmates transitioning from prison.
o Behavior:
The expected behavior is participants will refocus and direct their
efforts on being productive and viable members of their
communities.
o Conditions:
Participants performance will occur in simulated training and in
society when discharged.
o Degree:
The standard for acceptable performance is connecting in society
with gainful employment and making decisions that impact their
lives and their families lives in a positive way.
