    2018-19 Supplemental

    Appropriations
    Texas 2018-19 budget is well on its way to staying within the Conservative Texas Budget
    (CTB) constraints of a 4.5 percent increase in population growth plus inflation for both
    state-only spending and total spending, including federal funds.
    The table below shows the supplemental amounts that the 85th Texas Legislature and the
    86th Texas Legislature in 2019 could appropriate and sustain the 2018-19 budget under
    the Conservative Texas Budget limits:
