Dear Petvacx family,

We are excited and humbled by the privilege of joining the Petvacx family. When we found
Petvacx we were overjoyed, because it was the perfect fit in so many ways. We are looking
forward to continuing the Petvacx tradition of providing compassionate, high quality and
affordable care. We cant wait to meet each and every one of you and we would like to tell you a
little about ourselves.

Rachel Wiley grew up in Montgomery County and attended Montgomery Blair High
School. She studied veterinary medicine in California at UC Davis where she met
her husband Sean, a blacksmith and farrier. Sean and Rachel have three children
and a small farm where they have a variety of animals including steers, dairy goats,
horses, dogs, cats and chickens. In her spare time Rachel enjoys riding her horses,
gardening and spending time with her family and pets.

Samantha Hudgins grew up in Atlanta, Georgia but spent many vacations in the DC
area visiting family. She studied veterinary medicine in Ohio at Ohio State
University where she met her husband Dixon, who is from Honduras. Samantha and
Dixon have one daughter and two cats. In her spare time Samantha enjoys crafting,
dancing and playing soccer.

Rachel and Samantha met each other at their previous practice in Garrett County,
Maryland, where they practiced as veterinarians for both small animals as well as
livestock and horses. It was there that they found that they enjoyed working
together and that they share the same values and balance each other well. Rachel
and Samantha then set out to find a practice in a diverse community where the top
priority is valuing and protecting the bond between animals and their owners.

We are so excited to bring the creativity and ingenuity we enjoyed so much in mixed animal
practice with us as we join the Petvacx family. Drs. Craft and Dodson and the staff will be
working alongside of us each step of the way to ensure a smooth transition. We have appreciated
through this process that Drs. Craft and Dodson share our core value that respect and compassion
for clients, patients and the human-animal bond is central. We are so grateful to them, and look
forward to helping them have more much-deserved time to travel and spend with their family.

Sincerely,

Rachel Wiley and Samantha Hudgins
