Extemporaneous Speaking

MECHANICS:
1. This is open to all bonafide students of Bachelor in Physical Education (BPE);
2. Each section may send only one (1) representative in this contest;
3. The topic will be given on the spot during the contest proper;
4. The medium of presentation is English;
5. A minimum of one (1) minute and a maximum of three (3) minutes will be given to
the contestans;
6. No books, magazines or dictionaries allowed inside the contest room. Cell phones
must be surrendered during the contest;
7. No contestant will be allowed into the contest venue 15 minutes after the contest
has started;
8. The contest will be limited to one and a half hour only;
9. The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.

MECHANICS:

3. The topic will be given to the contestants two (2) weeks before the event;
4. The contestant must give a copy of the final poetry three (3) days before the
contest proper;
5. The language to be used is Filipino;
6. No books, magazines or dictionaries allowed inside the contest room. Cell
phones must be surrendered during the contest;
7. No contestant will be allowed into the contest venue 15 minutes after the
contest has started;
8. The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.

Slogan Poster Making Contest

MECHANICS:
1. This is open to all bonafide students of Bachelor in Physical Education (BPE)
2. Each section may send up to two (2) representatives in this contest.
3. The theme will be given on the spot during the contest proper.
4. No contestant will be allowed into the contest venue 15 minutes after the contest has
started.
5. The contest will be limited to one and a half hour only.
6. No books, magazines or dictionaries allowed inside the contest room. Cell phones must
be switched off during the contest.
7. Oil pastels, colored pens, pentel pen and one whole (1) crosswise white cartolina should
be used for the contest.
8. The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.

Mechanics
1. The contest is open to all Bachelor of Physical Education Students.
2. Each section per year should have two (2) participants. One (1) for English and
one (1) for Filipino Category.
3. The theme will be given on the day of the contest.
4. The contestants should be 30 minutes ahead of the given time in the said
venue.
5. The contest would be held for only one and a half hour.
6. There would be no limit on the number of words used.
7. No reading materials allowed inside the room.
8. Cellular phones must be surrendered upon entering the venue.
9. Only black pen is allowed to use.
10. The decision of the judge is final and cannot be changed.
