NEW PARENT REGISTRATION

August 2017

Dear Parent or Guardian,

Hello, my name is Ray Kerwin, Coordinator of Religious Education.

Our parish records indicate that your child was born in 2010 or 2011. Have you considered their
faith formation outside of the domestic church, your home? If she or he is not registered at
Seven Sorrows or another parish school please consider enrolling them in our Religious
Education Program.

Our opening session is on September 20th as we celebrate the beginning of our School Year with
Mass at 6:30 p. m. All students must attend and should report to the Church by 6:15 P.M. for
attendance. All parents and guardians are invited and encouraged to attend. Your child will be
released from the Church at the conclusion between 7:15 and 7:30 P.M.

On October 4th the classroom schedule begins at 6:30 P.M. and ends at 7:45 P.M.

Enclosed you will find all forms necessary for registration. Please complete all forms and return
them to my attention at the above schools address as early as possible, but no later than August
25th. Additionally you may find the Family Handbook on our Webpage. An acknowledgement
form may be found there also.

The tuition structure is as follows; online payment is available.

One Child $85.00 Family Rate Two or more children $133.00
Tuition is payable in full the first night of class, or you may choose a two payment option.
$85.00 -$45.00=$40.00 $133.00-$73.00=$60.00.
If you choose this option the first payment is due no later than September 27th the second
payment is due on November 15th. A payment form is enclosed or may be found on our Web
page.

I sincerely hope that you will consider furthering your childs faith formation by enrolling her or
him in our Religious Education Program here at Seven Sorrows.
