Dear Parent or Guardian,

Greetings

We are turning our thoughts to the start of class for our program. Our opening session is on
September 20th as we celebrate the beginning of our School Year with Mass at 6:30 p.m. All
students must attend and should report to the Church by 6:15 P.M. for attendance. All parents
and guardians are invited and encouraged to attend. Your child will be released from the Church
at the conclusion between 7:15 and 7:30 P.M.
On October 4th the classroom schedule begins at 6:30 P.M. and ends at 7:45 P.M.
If your child or children attended the program last year you do not need to re-register for the
coming year. A Medical Information/Release and Car Pool Authorization must be completed
prior to the first class. This form has been attached or may be found on our Website under
ReligiousEd.
The tuition remains the same as last year, form attached. Online payment is available. Visit the
Church Website to pay online.
One Child $85.00 Family Rate Two or more children $133.00
Tuition is payable in full the first night of class, or you may choose a two payment option.
$85.00 -$45.00=$40.00 $133.00-$73.00=$60.00.
If you choose this option the first payment is due no later than September 27th the second
payment is due on November 15th. A payment form may be found on our Web page.
Additionally you may find the Family Handbook as well as an acknowledgement / volunteer
form there also. You may also contact me at religioused@ssbvm.org for further assistance.

Please mark your calendar now for the following Parent and Student Sacramental Meetings to be
held in the Church.
September 24th at 11:30 A.M. Confirmation Meeting in the Church for 8th grade only.
October 8th at 11:30 A.M. First Sacraments Meeting for 2nd grade and students that have
not received First Penance or First Communion.
