RAD 110 of the Institute Aviation Administration (FAA), this includes the establishment of Policies
and Objectives safety, building safety manual, creating risk management processes and change, training,
document control and records audits, maintenance, commercial, logistics, investigating accidents and
incidents, plan emergency response, among other processes.

 As deployment engineer, was in charge of the implementation process of the business solutions in the
Santiago Metropolitan Hospital project (HOMS) in my functions were tested and reported failures solution,
training users in the new modules, preparation of tutorials, lectures and training materials, management
and planning database short Solutions Medium term integration of different technological platforms.
Achievements obtained, one can cite the training of more than 100 different users systems installed in
the hospital, the successful integration of at least 4 new modules, access profiling to better manage users
management software hospital and the implementation of a security policy using the resources of the solution
in question.
