This Week’s Power Thought: I have everything I need in life. My
supply is limitless and I continually accept gifts from the universe.
Power Lesson: Every day, create a mental equivalent to manifest what you desire
Let’s change those negative assumptions about money before you run off to the
next shoe sale. You can have what your heart desires because your source makes
it impossible for you to be anything but abundant. Prosperous thinking includes
seeing abundance in everything in your purview – including what you offer to the
world in the form of your true self. Work with universal order by knowing that
you are worthy of abundance, and set your mental state on a new, steady, and
prosperous course. You can demonstrate the life you want to live!
Always Struggling
I live life with ease. I expand my mind to include what I desire in life. I ask, and I know I am
worthy of receiving. I open my heart to a new level of thankfulness and recognize all the good in
my life. I love being prosperous because it is my natural state. I go with the abundant flow of life
and do not paddle against the current. My ride is joyful and easy and includes everything I
desire.
Today I stop focusing on attracting money and focus on my source, which is my unlimited
supply. My source is the foundation of prosperity. From this day forward, I inhale abundance
and permanently bring it into my awareness. I choose to identify with my source; therefore I am
abundance and prosperity. I am now aligning my higher self with a vision of prosperity. I exhale
success and satisfaction with each breath.
Cheapness Is Virtuous
I am in tune with the rhythm of life and its natural ebb and flow. I do not arrest the natural flow
of the world – I recognize I am part of the flow. I give and receive with the tremendous energy
of love. My energy of giving and receiving is powerful and brings more good to others and to
me. I love being generous because all I release returns to me.
I am thankful for what I receive and remain open to receiving more. Each time I feel the urge to
complain about money, I replace it with a thankful statement. I turn every complaint into a

compliment. When others complain about money, I express thanks out loud for the good in the
world. I am an ambassador of abundance energy because I transform negativity into
thankfulness.
Don’t Deserve to Be Rich
My prosperity is a mirror of my own thoughts. Today I expand my vision of abundance by
accepting my own worth. I am a worthy person and deserve the best in life. I already trust that
the universe guides me in making good and beneficial choices; therefore I am unafraid of being
rich. I deserve all good that comes my way. I love being in an abundant state because the
universe knows no boundaries in providing as much as I want and need.
Economy Is in Shambles
Because we are all spirit, we are all part of the source. Whatever I say about others, I am saying
about my self. When I see others, I also see my self; therefore I choose to see everyone and
everything as full and fulfilled. I see the world as robust, filled with opportunity, and richly
abundant; therefore I attract those ideas into my life. Our economy is healthy and we are all
part of an abundant and prosperous equation.
Everything Is Too Expensive
I can demonstrate anything in my life that I want with the right mental mindset. If I label
everything in a way that is unachievable for me, then I cannot achieve it. From this day forward,
I replace my words with a vocabulary of prosperity. I can afford anything and everything
because I am open to abundance in all avenues in my life. I am worthy of having things of worth.

Taking Spiritual Inventory: Living with Abundance
Analyze!
Where do our prosperity and abundance attitudes come from? Creating an abundant life is
about mastering the process of thinking. Your abundance is not determined by outside
conditions but is a manifestation of your beliefs about what is possible. Ask yourself:
Was I raised in a family where I felt guilty about “having”? Did my family make me feel that
having money or material things was bad? Did we diminish our prosperity consciousness
because I was told that it was evil (or bad, snotty, selfish) to have means? Do I have negative
past programming about money and success? Were my parents uncomfortable with money?
Do I reward myself only when I lack what I want in my life? Do I reward myself only when I
fail?
Have I been afraid to be a success? Am I success‐conscious or deprivation‐conscious? Do I
deserve to have what I want? Do I love the vision of enjoying what I want in life and feel
joyful about a self‐image of success?
Do I believe that having takes something away from someone else? Do I believe in the
concept of lack? Am I truly happy for others’ success and prosperity, or do I believe that
someone who “has” diminishes my present or future opportunities?
Is the universe limited in its potential to provide for everyone? If I believe in a world with
limits, then how can I realize my potential? Is spirit limited in what it can do? If not, what is
limiting me, if I am a spark of the Divine?
Is money the only tool to reach my potential?
Am I in a constant state of awareness of who I am, which is spirit? If spirit is within, and spirit
is unlimited, then I am unlimited in what I can do. Is that statement easy or difficult for me to
accept? Why?
Am I truly thankful, and do I regularly express thanks to the universe for the goodness I have
received? When I ask for something and visualize it, do I thank in advance for what I am
about to receive, knowing that I have already received it? Is it possible for me to believe I
have received something, even though I do not see it immediately? Why or why not?
Do I pay bills with a thankful heart? Do I pay with love and joy? Or do I pay with anger and
resentment? Do I appreciate the ability I have to pay a bill?
Affirm
Prosperous and abundant thinking takes practice! Hold a constant state of prosperity
consciousness. Making room for more abundance in life is about clarity (knowing what you
want) and interest (feeling deep emotion, for example, love, joy, happiness) when you visualize
having what you want. Write your own affirmation that helps you feel that being abundant and
prosperous is a joyful exchange between you and the universe.

www.charleneproctor.com
Write an affirmation that enlarges your idea of prosperity, and share the affirmation with
someone. Know your supply is limitless and begin to recognize abundance in everything.
1.
2.
3.
Another activity to try is a gratitude walk, which is a walking prayer and meditation. With every
step you take, find a new way to appreciate and count your blessings. A gratitude walk is a way
to demonstrate, or ritualize, thankfulness for your prosperity. Go to a peaceful place, preferably
outdoors, and ask spirit to light your way through the day. Clear all thoughts from your mind
except those of joy and gratitude. Dedicate your walk to a certain area of your life – work,
family, your creative genius – and recognize your sacred path. With each series of steps, identify
with the unlimited abundance of the universe.

My Manifestation Memory….
Next, write down a new dream you have, and the mental equivalent you need to make it
happen.
My Dream

My Mental Equivalent
Now vocalize your dream. Share it with someone, describe it with great detail, and say why you
believe your dream can come true.
Manifestation is a two‐part equation: Learning to ask for what you want in life is about having
the courage and voice to ask. The second part is about having clarity and passion. Let’s practice
by singing a mantra in Sanskrit that both recognizes the abundance of the universe and who you
are (All that Is).
Since we are part of All that Is, it is virtually impossible NOT to be abundant. The more we
vocalize our intention, and recognize that the universe is wildly abundant, brings us one step
closer to realizing our dreams. When we chant, pray, or repeatedly speak a phrase, it becomes
our reality when coupled with clarity and passion. Just like reinforcing negative thoughts that
have damaging effects, positive and uplifting spoken words, in the form of chanting and prayer
can solidify these thought forms.
Repetition is good! This is because our bodies, all the way down to our cellular structures
internalize what we think, and we hold those thoughts within us. It becomes an automatic
program that can either make us unhealthy or liberate us. Remember, we always demonstrate
that which is in our thought process. And the more we say it, speak it, sing it, and think it, the
more we will believe. We will move from the thought to the form – and move into a state of
congruency with the idea. Like attracts like! Then, those thoughts can become our realities.
There is a wonderful mantra we can share today, filled with positive, powerful, and abundant
thoughts:
Om shrim shriyei namaha
Translation: Om and salutations to the creative abundance that is the very form of this
universe
By Rev. Dr. Charlene M. Proctor | COPYRIGHT 2005‐2010 8
www.charleneproctor.com
In this particular song, we also say:
Sat patim dehi parameshwara
This is translated a few ways: Please bring to me a supreme masculine and spiritually oriented
male partner ‐ or‐ Please give to me a man of truth who embodies the perfect masculine
attributes
(With regards to the feminine, here is another!)
Narayani patim dehi shrim klim parameshwari
(Please let me attract a supreme feminine and spiritually oriented female partner – or – please
bring to me a woman who embodies the perfect feminine attributes
This is written in Sanskrit. This song is recorded by Miten with Deva Premal “Songs for the Inner
Lover”. Find it through amazon.com.
Can’t-Afford Mindset
When I dwell on the idea of lack, I build a consciousness of lack and it attracts more lack.
Whatever I ask for, I receive, because the natural state of the unlimited universe is to provide
for me. I now have a mindset of abundance because my source is unlimited! I am part of a
universal order that provides an abundant and inexhaustible supply. I see abundance
reflected in all areas of my life. My income and all things that are valuable to me are
prospering and growing bigger as I notice how much abundance there is in the world.

increasing. I deserve to prosper. I release my old, limiting ideas about lack, because I no
longer believe in lack. When others have more money than I do, it takes nothing away from
me because there is enough for everyone.

And look over the chapter from “The Women’s Book of Empowerment” on Abundance.
Housekeeping items:
Last week: The true self, or the authentic self, which is a deeply spiritual lesson that goes
beyond any parameters that religion, dogma or philosophy may draw.
We’ve been talking all through this course about the power of your own thought process
and outlook on life. You already know that a step toward personal change in our lives
always begins with allowing the change and letting go of the past. Make space! All is well,
and positive. And if we are to create a prosperous experience for us, we first and
foremost, need to embrace this idea.
Slide: Abundance: I have everything I need in
life. My supply is limitless and I continually
accept gifts from the universe.
Today’s spiritual lesson: Everything
manifest is created by thought. What
that means is that what we see, and all
that our experience entails, we have the
power to do something about it.
How do we open up to abundance?

Slide: The Big Three: What’s holding us
back? There are blockages to positive
thinking and our abundance
Fear and Self Doubt: We don’t believe
we are unlimited. We are infinite and
the universal mind is endless.
Expectation: You have to expect
results from your thinking. Doing the
work but not expecting does not work!
Have good expectations and welcome
abundance. Have the mindset of
“deserving.”
Old Programming: Let go of the past. Forgiveness essential. Let go of old thinking that
does not serve you well.
If you want to manifest things, you have to be congruent with the energy of the thing
that you want! Like attracts like!

What ever you choose to hold in your mind, and think that way is what you will see.
We have the ability to choose the way we react to people and circumstances because we
can override old, ingrained patterns in the brain that are no longer useful.
Grooves in our associative memory banks of people, events, times, places, things can run
deep. We can assign emotions to those memories that are recorded in complex strings of
nerve cells that are wired together. These strings become networks on information we
can access at any time.
You then can become “addicted” to that emotional state because your reactions to
certain things have chemicals that are emitted in the body.
So, often we look for situations in life that give us that hit.
To change we need to first recognize that those ideas, patterns, or neural nets, need to be
changed, and be pruned.
Experts remind us that our subconscious minds will allow support who we want to be and
who we are being.
Slide: Ernest Homes slide: Limitation and
poverty are not things, but they are the
results of restricted ways of thinking.
Limitation and poverty are not things,
but they are the results of restricted
ways of thinking. Honor the belief that
you are limited and you will see it.
Honor the belief that you are a
complete and perfect rendition of the
Spirit of God of within, and your life will
contain a pattern of joy and Divine
Order.
Ernest Holmes was a new thought unity minister and wrote The Science of the Mind. He
talked a lot about living in a state of conscious awareness. He said, when discussing the “I
AM” that the individual “I” is part of the Universal “I AM.”
I AM Consciousnesses means that part of thought, both conscious and subjective, not
only affirms its unity with God but also understands the meaning of its affirmation. Total
identity with the infinite.
Identify with limitlessness all the time

Slide: Why don’t we see our abundant
world?
We are addicted to negativity
We are self critical, criticizing our
country for its faults on capitalism and
opportunity. Our attitude is negative.
We think about lack too much
We think there is something wrong with
abundance
Negative connotations: “Rich people are bad and selfish. We want to redistribute wealth
instead of embracing our unlimited spiritual nature.
We don’t want responsibility for our lives
We have old programming on the concept of deserving
Equate money with freedom, goodwill, and generosity and not, exploitation, selfishness,
lack for someone else.
There is no lack at the fundamental level.
You can’t create a mental equivalent to manifest what you desire unless you believe you
are unlimited.
Money does not cause prosperity. Money is not the cause of abundance. It is an effect.
Do not place all your focus into the effect instead of the cause.

Slide: Self Reflection and Discovery
This week, I’d like you think about old
programming on the concept of “deserving.”
Ask yourself:
Was I raised in a family where I felt
guilty about “having?”
Do I only reward myself when I fail? Do
I overeat or escape though alcohol,
addiction, or shopping when I perceive
myself as a failure?
Am I aware of who I AM? Do I think of myself as unlim8ited spirit?
Am I truly thankful? Can I pay my bills with love and joy? Do I resent services after I
receive them?
Think about those areas of your life you’ve highlighted that might need attention! Remember to
write in your self‐development journal regularly.
Slide: Lesson Closer: Abundance
This week’s power thought:
Don’t Worry. You already have everything. If you are All That Is, Then you already own it all. You
are That. The universe is abundant. You are the universe. You are unlimited. Therefore, you
cannot lack. Be joyful in your prosperity. You are abundant. Build a prosperous mental
equivalent. And give thanks for All. You are the All. Feel full of your Self.

Homework:
1. Journal Entries. As you begin your week, begin to open your self to the unlimited nature of
YOU. Be open to how the universe provides you with opportunity and avenues for creative
expression.
Say the Affirmation for the Unlimited Woman and imagine you are an “unlimited” being. What
comes to mind when you think of “being unlimited?” Do you block those thoughts? Do you
have memories of others telling you cannot be abundant, successful, or joyful?
Jot down in your journal any old mental programs that crop up. Recognize them, but gently
move your mind each time to one of abundance, success and joy. Be aware of how often you
say “I can’t”, “I don’t have” or “I will never have.” These limited thoughts block your ability to
open up to the abundance that is available to you and your birthright. Remember, the first step
is to change your thinking, then your actions. With the clarity and passion you have for your
own ideas, you can attract what you desire.
Let’s begin this week and keep your entries in an “abundance journal” which can be a notebook
simply dedicated to your commitment to remind your self of the unlimited substance that is
YOU.
Affirmation of the Unlimited Woman
I forgive myself. Today, I begin life anew. Joy and love flow from me as from a
fountain. Love is in my heart as I meet each situation, each person. I move out into the
world with love. I can succeed with love and I am discovering this now.
I am persistent. I have tenacity and the will to succeed supports me totally. I persist
and I succeed. Barriers become my education. I experience obstacles as
opportunities which lie on my path to success.
I am confident. The power of the universe manifests through me now. My actions are
decisive. I walk in power and affirmation of life.
2. Affirm. I’d like you to write an affirmation that will remind you of your unlimited and
abundant nature. I’ll get you started:
By Rev. Dr. Charlene M. Proctor | COPYRIGHT 2005‐2010 20
www.charleneproctor.com
“What I want in my life I think about. What I don’t want in my life, I don’t think about.
From this day forward, I stop thinking about lack because I don’t want lack in my life! I
replace those thoughts with a vision of a beautiful garden, with fruit, flowers, and
vegetables growing in rich abundance. I know this garden is a reflection of my life. My
garden is overflowing with supply and enriched by the abundant world we live in.”
What kind of garden will you mentally create this week?
I bless you with the light of the Divine and the Moments of Empowerment these words will
bring. Have a wonderful week, and remember – I believe in you!
