OBJECTIVES

After the completion of the On-The-Job Training Program, the trainee should achieve the following:

1. To build self-confidence and self-motivation in professional growth;

2. To gain experience in the field of Civil Engineering;

3. To be familiarized with engineering and construction terminologies;

4. To relate and apply the theories learned in school into the field of construction;

5. To develop the awareness in the problems of construction site;

7. To experience and witness the actual procedures in construction;

8. To develop the ability to deal with people in the field of work; and

9. To acquire actual experience and knowledge in engineering management such as planning, decision

making, leading, communicating, organizing and controlling.
