ANSWER 1:

I have read novel Catch Us If You Can in Form 5. I would like to choose Rory Mcintosh
as the person that I "look up to"in this novel. There are many reasons why I choose Rory
as the person that I admired most in the novel.

Rory is a young boy who still in school but he is a very dedicated person. He is very
dedicated in taking care of his grandfather, granda when granda was hospitalized after
their house was on fire. Besides, he also always to make sure that granda take his pills
regularly. Sometimes , he rushed home for lunch by taking two hot pies for their lunch.

Furthermore, Rory is a person who had open mind as he forgave his father readily yet
he understood why his granda was bitter and unforgiving towards his father. He also
forgave Norma for gave him away to the police.

Other than that, Rory able to make a good decision in difficult situation. He also gave
up the football for granda. Mr. Hood , his football coach had asked him to join the football
team but he lied that he did not like football anymore. The truth is , he needed to look
after granda.
ANSWER 2:

From the novel, the character is Rory McIntosh. I choose Rory because Rory is a
responsible boy. These can be shown when Rory will always make sure that Granda has
taken his medicine on time eventhough his Granda has a falling memory, which is always
misplacing things and always cause trouble to him and everyone. Besides that, Rory is
responsible to his granda for make sure his granda is always safe along their journey
running from the authorities because if not, granda will be shifted to Rachnadar while he
will be shifted to Castle Street.

Rory is also a loving person because he cannot to separated from his Granda. This is
proved when Rory feel very sad when his Granda need to be hospitalised right until his
Granda recover from smoke inhalation. He also do not wants to stay in Castle Sreet
because this will make him to be far away from his granda. Besides that, Rory loves his
granda somuch until he decided to take granda out of the old folks' home and run away to
another place that nobody knows them.

Besides that, Rory is also a caring person.Rory has sacrifies a lot of things for his
lovely Granda. He gives up football so that he can be at home with his Granda. Besides
that, the caring character can also be shown when Rory cries when he finds granda crying
in Rachnadar and Rory always think about Granda when he is in Castle Sreet. Lastly,Rory
also do not wants Granda to think he has been abandoned after all.
