Subject : E.V.S

Make a wall hanging as per the following specifications:


1. Size 22 inches by 18 inches ( Half of a thick chart paper )
2. Paste pictures and describe in 4-5 lines.
3. Decorate it.

Make your personal picture dictionary or a Pictionary.


Select 10 words from each lesson of the English Book and write their meaning.
If possible paste a picture describing that word to make it more interesting.
Things you'll need:
Scrapbook or homemade booklet
Pencil colours, crayon , markers etc.
Scissors
Glue
1. Take a scrap book to make your dictionary. Try to get paper that will hold up
to drawing, pictures and pasting.
2. Decide whether you want to draw or paste pictures to make your dictionary.
3. Choose words from the lessons that will be easy to draw or find pictures to
represent.
4. Begin drawing or cutting out pictures that correspond to the words you have
chosen. Pick only two pictures and words per page to make it easier.
You can even find and cut out pictures from magazines.

Dont forget to make your cover page interesting. Enjoy the fun!

Roll No 23-44
Make you own Summer Scrapbook. It should contain some pictures of all the
fun activities that you did during the holidays. One line of description will give
it more meaning.
It doesnt matter if youve not gone on a holiday; it can be filled with days out,
visits to family and friends, shopping trips, even any games you played. You
can use a scrap book which is ideal for sticking photos, tickets and leaflets, or
you can draw pictures or write descriptions/diary entries of what you have been
doing.
Make your book interesting and imaginative. You can also give a title to it.

Make a chart 20 inches by 20 inches using a thick chart paper. Make a border
and decorate it well.

1-11 Create an intersting design using different shapes.

12-22 Write the Roman Numbers using match sticks.

23-33 Fractions (Depict In your own innovative ways)

34-44 Paste pictures to depict the different capacities and distance like
Litres, Kilograms, Millilitre, Kilometre etc

Read the story Town Mouse and the Country Mouse . Describe it in your own

Dear students, to make your holidays fun and creative here are some art
and craft projects given below with reference pictures for you, we hope
you will have fun doing all these activities.: -

CLASS-3
1. Any two compositions with Dot printing or sticking bindis:-
Fruit-seller
A picnic
Jungle scene
Note: - Use A-3 size cartridge / pastel sheet for each composition. Give proper border and outline.
Write your name & class details at the back of the sheet.

2. Make any one mobile hanging with waste material like shells, buttons, straws, pebbles,
pencil-shavings, twigs, color papers, bangles, ice-cream spoons, CDs, X- ray film, beads,
sequences, thread, sticks, cardboard pieces, old chains, hangers, wool, empty cups etc...
