My Reaction Paper

Stress makes me stupid because all the bad things will happen in my life. Stress is a
common experience. We may feel stress when we are busy like we doing homework with a little
time to finish it, seatwork and memorizing also doing a project. All people have an experience of
stress theres no exempted. People experience stress due to problems at school, work, social
relationships or an argument with a friend. Stress can have both positive and negative effects.
The circumstance that causes stress is called stressors for example, the responsibility of caring a
sick parent may be an ongoing source. Also stress can affect your health that leads to depression.
It changes on how you percieve life.

Stress occurs when something unexpected happens. It has both positive and negative
effect. When a person surprises you because its your birthday it is called positive stress ,
unexpected but positive. And it is called negative stress when it has an negative effect like for
example, breaking up in a relationship or experiencing the lost of lives from your dear one's .
These gives you pain , suffering , amnesia , anger , and etc. Experiencing stress maybe tough but
it is up to you on how you manage it. Always remember "Only yourself can make you happy".

You should reduce stress in your life. Learn to analyze yourself and overcome stress. Good
stress also exist but were generally focusing on negative effects and positive effects of stress as
that is what causes us problem. For examples of good stress are physical exercise and mental
challenges etc. Many or most activities we enjoy place us under pressure and we enjoy this
experience of good stress of course its best to keep a sense of balance.
