Dave: Shirts have been ordered. Variety of sizes.

Dani: Around 40 shirts ordered.

Dani: Between now and 5 oclock - a lot has to be organised. Gifts need to be organised
for the presenters, labels for name tags, AV , free pizzas

Dani: Set-up from 5clock

Jelena: Ill get the gifts for the presenters. Also will get sticky labels and 2 permanent
markers.

Dani: Pizzas will be ordered, someone needs to go pick them up.

Dani: 2 people from WIECD coming down tonight

4. Quiz Night (12:19pm)

Dave: Liquor licence not an issue for the event (numbers are well under 125)

Dani: Other clubs are on top of prizes. Catering is also sorted.

Dani: Need people for set-up and 2 volunteers for marking. Ice run for drinks needed.

Dani: IET is also sending a table down
