Formal authorization is required in each process. People have high tolerance level to their power
abuse.

Individualism: - With 20% in individualism China represent the collectivist culture. People are
more likely to work in coordination manner. Emotion bonding between employees makes them
more relative than collogue.

Masculinity: - High score in masculinity represents, competition driven society. It can be easily
seen that China is leading most of the business factor in the world and this represents, Chinas
appearance in terms of masculinity.

Uncertainty tolerance: - Low score with 30% China shows exclusive flexibility to laws. Policies
and rules in China are quite flexible than people can utilize flexibility to develop their personal
performance. 70%-80% businesses in China are small or medium scale businesses.
