A Roast Speech

Before anything else, I would like to greet everyone a pleasant morning. I am truly
grateful to have all of you gathered here inside this room to witness one of the most
amazing days in my life. I am also thankful to that ever-supportive, most beautiful, and
of course, sexy woman over there, my mom. I love you so much, mom. I would like to
thank my friends, too. You've been there for me. You've stuck with me despite my petty
attitude. You're still here for me despite all my shortcomings, and for that I will forever
be grateful. Enough of all these formalities though, I think it's time to mention this
person who's been waiting all day to be commended. Well, I am supposed to use this
glass of wine in front of me and raise it up and say some sappy words, right? So here it
goes. Here's to the man that started all of this with a krim stix. Here's to the man whom
I would snuck away with in our SSG duties back in our high school days just to talk
about random stuff. Here's to the man who would do anything just to give me a hug, to
make me smile, and to make me feel like I am the luckiest girl ever. Here's to the man
whom I really really really really love. Here's to you, Karlo, I love you so much. You truly
are my greatest adventure. I will never ever regret running for that tiresome SSG
position. I think that was the best decision I think I've ever made.
