What is ASES? ASES stands for After School Education and Safety. How much does ASES cost? ASES is a state funded program, and is no cost to our families. Does ASES offer transportation home? ASES offers a bus ride home to students who reside on the West side of Galt on a first come, first serve basis. Will my student receive homework help at ASES? Yes! ASES has a built in hour for homework, spent with an adult and up to two high school mentors to assist with homework. What is the attendance requirement for ASES? At the middle school, a student is required to attend ASES at least 3 days a week. In order to get the full benefit of the program, we encourage our students to attend all 5 days. What is enrichment? Enrichment activities can range from a sporting activity to a craft to a science activity. There will be a new set of enrichment activities available each week.
