This refers to your request for assistance regarding the past due accounts of
cooperatives under the Loan Guarantee Fund (LGF) from Landbank of the
Philippines, Tulong sa Kooperatiba Program (TKP), and Sustained Livelihood
Opportunities and Growth of Cooperative (SULONG) Program of the Provincial
Cooperative Development Office.

Please be informed that we have already prepared the Demand Letters

addressed to the delinquent borrowers/cooperatives requiring them to settle
their outstanding loan. These cooperatives must be served at least two demand
letters.

To give you full assistance on this matter, our office will cause the service of
these letters to the respective borrowers/cooperatives. Any future updates
regarding this matter will be communicated to your office.
