I enjoyed the presentation of the reporter specially in the introduction she showed us a game called 4
pics 1 word then she showed the first set of word those are Eagle, Ms. Pia Worse Back, Wet Market, and
Mayon Volcano. Obviously the answer is Philippines. The second set is composed of mallet, playing
basketball, a book and balance beam, and two guys giving a flower to a girl. We answered it right that is
Court. The answer to last set is system and we are happy answering all the answers right.

I learned some facts and trivia about Judiciary system of the Philippines. In the National Court System
consists of four levels: Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Local and Regional Trial Court, and Informal
Local System (Shari'ah Court System)

In Section 3. Organization. The Court of Appeals which consists of a Presiding Justice and fifty Associate
Justice who shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines.

The Regional Trial Judges appointed to a region which shall be his permanent station, and his
appointment shall state the branch of the court and the seat thereof to which he shall be originally
assigned.

The Sandiganbayan is the governments anticorruption court hears criminal cases brought against senior
officials. The Sandiganbayan comprises of one presiding justice and 14 associate justices, all of which are
appointed by the President from a shortlist submitted by the Judicial and Bar Council.

I want to know more about other branches the Executive branch and Legislative Branch.

I think that the Government today is more reliable in eliminating corruption compare to previous
administration. Thus, the fund to education is more significant in todays education. I hope the next
administration will improve the status of the Philippines.
